The two monsoon seasons in Sri Lanka really come through in this tea—each cup has that deep, earthy richness I haven’t found in other loose leafs. I’ve been brewing it every morning for a week now and the flavor stays consistent to the last steep.
The loose leaves brew into a deep, coppery cup that smells like the damp earth after a good rain, and the flavor holds up strong even after three steeps. Takes a bit longer to wake up than my usual bags, but the depth is worth the extra minute.
