Assam Heritage Folhas Soltas

The monsoon-grown character really shows in the body—it's strong without any bite, and that natural hint of sweetness lingers nicely after each sip. I've been brewing it with breakfast every morning and it holds up beautifully to milk. This is exactly what I look for in an everyday Assam.

The malty depth is exactly what I hoped for—it’s strong enough to cut through milk but leaves that subtle natural sweetness on the finish. Brewed it for four minutes and the cup was smooth, no bitterness at all. My afternoon ritual just got a lot better.

First cup this morning and the sweetness came through exactly as described—smooth, no bitterness, even without milk. The strength held up to a second steep, which is more than I expected from a loose leaf.
