The citrus note is really well balanced against the black tea—bright and refreshing without being tart. Steeped for about three minutes with a splash of milk, and it hit the spot perfectly for my afternoon break.

Opened the box at my desk and the bags are individually wrapped, which keeps them fresh way longer than loose cartons I've had before. Steeped one for exactly four minutes and that citrus twist comes through clean without any bitter bite, perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up.

The bergamot is perfectly balanced—enough to notice but not so much it overpowers the black tea base. I've been brewing it every afternoon since the box arrived, and the bags hold up well for a proper three-minute steep.
