Peppermint Silke Pyramider

The pyramid bags are a lovely touch—the leaves unfurl slowly instead of dumping all the pepper at once, so each cup stays smooth and minty without turning bitter. I’ve been having one after dinner and the menthol kick is just enough to feel restorative without being harsh.

I was skeptical about the "silken" packaging actually mattering, but the slow release keeps that sharp menthol kick present from the first steep to the last. The whole leaves unfurl beautifully, and it’s easily the most restorative cup I’ve had all week.

The pyramid shape does exactly what it promises—the leaves stay contained while the peppermint flavor develops gradually, so the last sip is as crisp as the first. I’ve been steeping one after dinner as a way to wind down, and the menthol lift genuinely clears my head without being harsh.
