Earl Grey - 25 Tea Bags

The bergamot is perfectly balanced—enough to notice but not so much it overpowers the black tea base. I've been brewing it every afternoon since the box arrived, and the bags hold up well for a proper three-minute steep.

The citrus twist really comes through without being too sharp, which makes this an easy everyday cuppa. I just wish the bags were a bit stronger—I usually need two for a proper mug.
